I use one of three vegan butters: Miyokos OR Flora Plant Butter OR an avocado-oil based “butter spread” and I love all options. My Belgian chocolate is vegan because of the cocoa content/percentage. Zero milk products in chocolate. All other ingredients vegan — but the above ingredients are the ingredients most-inquired.
